For Lenor we have rolled out a nationwide sampling campaign at all stores and the webshop of Intersport . We see this as a perfect match, as Lenor Unstoppables is a fragrance booster, especially suitable for sportswear. This fragrance booster does not contain any softening elements. The sample includes a flyer, offered when purchasing sportswear. To enhance the visibility of the sampling campaign, a counter stand was used so that everyone could see what this promotion was all about.
We communicated the feedback program through the flyer and the counter stand. Consumers were able to give their feedback on the product via this platform. From the responses on the feedback program, we are able to conclude that Lenor is very positive, and that the customer will proceed to a repeat purchase.
